My journey to instructional design has been shaped by more than two decades of experience in education, leadership, business, and entrepreneurship. Today, I create engaging learning experiences that help people build skills, solve problems, and perform with confidence.

I'm an instructional designer who enjoys transforming complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. My background in K–12 education, higher education, leadership, and entrepreneurship allows me to bridge educational best practices with real-world business needs.
🎯 My Approach
Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed analyzing learning needs, collaborating with stakeholders, organizing complex information, and transforming it into practical, engaging instruction. Whether designing classroom learning, leading educational initiatives, or developing eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, my focus has always been the same: create learning that is clear, interactive, and immediately applicable.

My experience as both an educator and business owner has strengthened my skills in project management, client collaboration, communication, and creative problem-solving. I enjoy working through feedback, refining ideas, and designing solutions that balance learner needs with organizational goals.

As I transition into instructional design full-time, I’m excited to combine my experience in adult learning, instructional strategy, and technology to create meaningful learning experiences that improve performance and make a lasting impact. I believe the best learning is intuitive, engaging, accessible, and designed with the learner in mind.
